At present, the application of the computer and network has been already very extensive, especially in the university. The construction of campus network has already been improved progressively. Most students have already been capable of utilizing the network to communicate and study, too. But in this link in teaching, we still depend on the traditional teaching mode excessively. Degree that the network develops and uses is far from enough. Even a network tutoring system, are mostly for the static and having no feedback system too, seldom offer and practice the function with the examination online. J2EE is a computing platform of enterprise layer. It offers an " operating system " for the distributed software development, J2EE norm has defined the system structure of the new-type distributed application, has solved a lot of problems of n layers of application procedure. This text is under such technological background, accord with the demand for the present tutoring system, propose an examination system of long-range multimedia teaching that J2EE build up.Main research and outcome of this essay was described briefly as follows.Build up systematic exposition to J2EE system at first, then analyzed the method that J2EE enterprise layer develops and target -oriented modeling technology. In examination systematic design and development, have used MVC mode. Web layer adopts to be nowadays most prevailing Struts frame, business layer comes and realizes with EJB that makes developer can fast to develop the enterprise layer application with elasticity. Sql sever2000 is regarded as the systematic database. Finally, finish and have an examination systematic modeling, global design and some realization of function.
