The wind tunnel is an equip using to process all sorts of aerodynamic experiment with a power device to drive a current of air, and it can control and simulate true atmosphere emulation, in a piping pressing certainly requesting design. It is one of the main experiment equipments of the aerodynamics. The wind tunnel is made up of the wind tunnel body and the system of measurement and control. The wind tunnel body is mostly made of following: Startup valve, adjust press valve, increment ejector, reflux section, settling length, nozzle, working section, hypersonic diffuser, inhalation ejector, subsonic diffuser, exhaust silencer tower and so on. The controlling of startup valve, adjust press valve, ejector, diffuser and the collection of experiment data constitute the wind tunnel's measurement and control system.It is the most important link that the control of the current of air and the collect of experiment data in wind tunnel experiment. The good and bad of measure and control system's performance influence directly wind tunnel experiment's experiment efficiency and accuracy of the experiment data.This text discussed primarily construct of the FL-1 wind tunnel control system, constitute and the design principle of regulating of flow field subsystem and collecting data subsystem, control method, adoptive technique and main function.This system has proceeded completely the technique reforms to the original FL-1 wind tunnel system, using the TCP/ IP agreement, passing the commutation machine constitute the star-type construction local area network (LAN), linking each sub- system, becoming a complete wind tunnel calculator Distributed Control System (DCS). The FL-1 wind tunnel's measurement and control system is made of the center control subsystem, the angle control subsystem, the regulate flow field subsystem and the collecting data subsystem etc. Adopting linearity disperse control technique, position ring, pressure ring, rate ring, current ring constitute the more closed loop pressure regulate system. Adopting a set of VXI bus test system that it is the HP Companyproduced constitutes testing flat roof with computer to form collecting data system. It has carried out the automation of the wind tunnel experiment and increased enormously the quality of the wind tunnel flow field. It has obtained fleetly and accurately the aerodynamic test data of aircraft shorted the time of the wind tunnel experiment, reduced energy waste, obtained high-efficiency, and it had the stronger competition ability than the same kind of wind tunnel of national.
