This topic develops hardness test device for inner wall of oil pump pipe ,mainly to resolve the problem that there was not any hardness test device for inner wall of metal pipe in our country currently, replacing imported products to ensure accurate hardness and real-time hardness measurement for inner wall of metal pipe shaped things, especially the inner wall farther from the nozzle.This test device is an embedded computer application system based on 80C552 chip, using high-precision force sensor, displacement sensor and mechanically driven device to perform high-precision, intelligentized and digitized measurement on hardness of inner wall of pump pipe. This system includes functions, such as test, display, storage, playback, query, print and communication. The program of the software is developed and designed by using C language.This research for the topic is to do the design and development of the system software and hardware, and to develop a real-time hardness test device for inner wall pump pipe that can be used on site. The work to do is that: the design of system configuration, mechanism driving configuration and higher accuracy sensor; control board design including amplifier design, micro-chip processor system and its interface design; software design including control and arithmetic program design, such as interface, keyboard control, display, printer control, application, and so on.; and, system error analysis and some system debugging..The system can finds many applications, is also can be used for hardness test of inner wall of other metal pipe shaped things, such as oil cylinder. So it will be of great application value.
