System simulation is a kind of synthetical technique based on resemblance principle, information technique, system theory and professional technique of other fields. It is the simulator of the operation of a real or supposed system by means of computer and other physical facilities. Through observation and statistic of the simulation process, we can obtain the output results and basic characteristics of simulation system and estimate the parameters and real capability of actual system. With the development of techniques, the application of simulation is expanding, many simulation styles appear, many projects and scientific problems are also resolved by simulation. Flight simulation which is an important research aspect in computer simulation is a multi-discipline of system simulation, computer and navigation.lt aims at complicated system and the movements of the airplane. Flight simulation has many merits,such as low cost, rapid benifit, security and recycle usage during the whole course of design, development, production, which can be utilized in aero-craft, such as system analysis and evaluation of project demonstration, technique index confirmation, design analysis, manufacture, experimentation, testing, flight training and malfunction handling. Aviation, as a field of advanced science and technology, high cost and high risk, is impossible without sustentation of scientific system simulation theory, simulation method and simulation experiment Nowadays flight simulation is an important branch of simulation, and many laboratories of advanced flight simulation have been established in some advanced countries.This subject comes from a united project which is developed to the air force aviation university on "a certain type of airplane simulator about flight instrument", and it is presented for flight simulation training. The simulator is an operational training interface with technique of simulation, cybernetics in computer for pilot. In its framework, it contains two parts: hardware steering equipment and software system. The data coming from the operation of joy stick, rudder and accelerograph is controlled and dealed with through software system, which brings about much data to drive aeroinstrument visualization in graph in order to realize the function of flight training. Therefore, the hardware in loop simulator has higher martial economical benefits and applied prospect by improving training level with advanced means, reducing cost, resolving the conflict between combat readiness duty and training requirement. The problems are studied in this dissertation as follows:1. The establishment of simulation system. In beginning with the aeroplane structure and system, the change rules of flight parameters are researched with flight environment as a system in the dissertation.2. The establishment of system blue print. Combining the technique of simulation with aeroplane basal characteristics and flight dynamics, the structure and principle of aero instrument is analysed, and a suit of more scientific, reasonable, feasible blue print by designing software modules to virtual simulation of aero instrument is summarized according to material flight assignment and goal.3. The establishment of flight simulation model. A mathematical model of six degree-of-freedom is put forward in formalized language, which comprises a set of variational coefficient nonlinearized differential equations by analyzing the primary technique parameters of the flight attitudes and performance index of the aeroplane engine, and merging some related knowledge of flight theory.4. The design of simulation software. According to the complexity and gigantic data calculation workload of six-degree-of-freedom mathematical model, the fuzzy control is utilized based on the analysis of the fuzzy control theory to resolve the six-degree-of-freedom kinetic equations to calculate the mathematical model in flight simulation. Combination of practical experience, dynamic adjustment to system, and without depending on mathematical model of controlled object. The fuzzy theory is very suitable to flight simulation about intricate nonlinearized system because its fuzzy reasoning method is resembled with human thinking mode and obeying to a certain control rules. The fuzzy logic controller of flight speed, pitching angle, rolling angle, up-down speed, yaw angle, engine press and flight height is designed in the dissertation, and simulation results by writing simulation program with Matlab software can be also obtained.5.
