Research On Interface Design Of Information Products

Information Products which combined of Computer, Communication and Consumer Electrical are appearing continuously along with the development of digital technology. Design of Information Products has paid more attention to Man-machine Interface and surpassed the relation of function, construction and shape.This paper analyzed the development of the interface of Information Products through comparing Information Products and traditional products, and analyzed the design elements of hardware interface and software interface from the points of view of Cognitive Psychology, Ergonomics, Aesthetics and so on. This paper also discussed man-machine interaction and the relation of hardware interface and software interface, and described the principles of both hardware and software interface design, the principles of integrating hardware interface with software interface, the principles of man-machine interaction. Basing on ISO 13407, it defined the process of interface design of Information Products. At last, this paper discussed the principles of mobile interface design after analyzing the elements of mobile interface.The research on interface design of Information Products, will provide a means to interface analyzing and interface design to industrial designers and interface designers who can design really excellent interface.
