The Research And Implementation Of PDM Technology Based On .NET Platform

Product Data Management (PDM) has already become the core of manufacturing informatization in application and research. Application of PDM technology is the technical base of collaborated development, design, management and product information sharing between enterprises. PDM resolves the problem of "isolated islands" in the enterprise and has brought great profits to it. We design and develop the system applying the theory and technology of .NET and PDM. The paper mainly focuses on the following:1. We study how to build the PDM system under the enterprise information integrated environment analyzing the trend of PDM system at present and combining the practical situation of the object.2. Researching the functions of all modules belonging to general PDM system, we fix the function modules of the system.3. Study intensively the key technologies of the system. We use .NET as the system development platform and adopt distributed Database, ADO.NET and integration technology in order to develop the PDM system.4.
