Based On The Uml And The Unified Process Software Development

1A methodology software engineering makes up of a method tool and process, so the choice of a methodology of software engineering includes the choice of a method, tool and process. For the choice of the method, the thesis contrasts the constructed method with the objected-oriented method. For the choice of the tool, the thesis adopts UML (Unified Modeling Langue) which has been an industrial standard. For the choice of the process, the thesis compares with Waterfall Model, Prototype Model and RUP (Rational Unified Process), and uses RUP which brought with UML.After the choice of the methodology of software engineering, the thesis makes use of the new object-oriented methodology which combined with UML and RUP to instruct thedesign and implementation of a project- Shanghai Hualian Supermarket LogisticsGuarantee information system. The thesis plans the process of the software system according to the core workflow of RUP, which are use cases, analyzed model, design model, implementation model.In general, we find out that modeling has a good effect on the software development.
