With quick-speed development of market economy, the society demand for telecommunication will increase continuously, So the competitions of the telecommunication industry become fiercer. In order to more improve the market competitiveness, enterprises have already based on customer one after another, regard serving as important strategy of enterprise's development, capture and stabilize the market through the high-quality and high-efficient service tactics. Under this background, how efficiently manage information source become essential problem too.The thesis has the main research and design of client's information treatment technique based on J2EE. According to the client's material information datum, put up analysis and trim, module design, scheme choosing, the programming realization and software test and so on, we designed the system of Heilongjiang UNICOM client's information management. Regarding agent basic informational manage module as case , it has a detail description and illumination to the structure method and developing thought in the course of development.The emphases of this article is the introduction of agent basic information manage module. In the beginning, emphasize particularly on some important techniquical introduction. In the end, combinning with the feature of agent basic information datum, reduce it's essential content, then design it's module. On this base, improving the useful module part, deleted the unimportant part. Direct against the deficiency of technology, we have summarized, analysed, improved. At last we have ameliorated and improved in the system of client's essential information management.The system is based on Oracle 8i database, uses the technology of JSP, JavaScript, EJB, JDBC, SQL, etc, uses the WebLogic of Bea Company as the application server and uses Rational Rose, PowerDesigner, UltraEdit, JBuilder and SQL developer as the main developing environment.Realize the dfficient management to client's information datum.
