With the development of computer network application, more and more enterprises demonstrate and sell their products through Internet. In this paper it is stated that the electronic commerce platform, which sells the digital card, is designed and is implemented, and the key techniques used to design and implement the platform is illustrated in detail. This paper focus on the study that the design,implementation and run of electronic commerce platform is done, based on content management. There are four following questions studied in this thesis. Firstly, content management is a process of collecting,processing and publish the data information, which make the information valuable. Content management is the trend of information processing. The electronic commerce also bases on the exchange of data and information through Internet. So managing this data or information plays a key role in the running of the electronic commerce system. Secondly, A lot of electronic commerce systems were set up in recent years, many of which simulate the way of traditional commerce transaction. The customer orders in the system, then businessman delivers the goods and the custom pay a sum of money. Because logistics in china is under development, it delimits the development of electronic commerce. In order to avoid the disadvantage, the author designs the electronic commerce platform which sells special goods like digital card, software. Thirdly, Content management is the platform of electronic commerce system, The author designs the electronic commerce system based on content management, and makes them integrate with each other completely, which is in favor for the run of electronic commerce. In this paper it shows the good integration to design,program and test the electronic commerce system. Fourthly, there are three types of Web data mining, Web usage mining is a useful method to find potential customer,Web site structure pattern,user preference and behavior character from Web navigate information, which is important for Web management of electronic commerce. According to this, the electronic commerce Web site will collect useful information and reconstruct the hyperlink well and suitably. In the end, the author summarizes the characters and the disadvantages of the electronic commerce platform. In addition, the next way of the system development also is put forward.
