P2P is a new technology in the network computing area, which aims to connect all different computers in the net, share and transfer files between them, and use all leaving unused resources. Additionally, P2P has widely used in the depth search, distributed computing, coordinated work based on the characteristic of P2P. Peer-to-peer is the basic characteristic of P2P technology, which brings essential change to the existing network structure based on the central website. P2P technology bestowed right on the people is in the uncentralized network again. Web service is a new platform to build distributed and interaction application. These self contained, self describing and modular applications can be described, published, found and invoked by the web client in the network. Based on special rules, web service can interact with other compatible module and execute given tasks. Though there are essential differences between P2P with web service: P2P leaned to discrete model and web service leaned to client/server model, they also have the same or similitude characteristics. If web service integrates with P2P, web service can improve the network flexible and P2P can consummate its service description through the web service based on the XML technology. This paper provided two models that JXTA peer can locate, call the web service on the internet and the client on the internet can call the service provided by JXTA peer. Proxy act as a very important role in order to let web service and JXTA peer communicate. Through the proxy the peer can invoke the web service on the internet and the web client also can call the JXTA service transparently.
