Research On Customer's Credit Evaluation System For Mass-Customization Of Manufacture Enterprises

The customer's credit evaluation system is built, which is regarded as one of the essence methods of resolving the customer's credit problem of MC (Mass-Customization) enterprises. Regard as one of the main production mode, satisfying the customer's character with low cost of Mass-Production is pursued in Mass-Customization. And the ability of avoiding credit risk is strengthened with customer's credit evaluation which is regarded as valid method. So, it is the inevitable trend that modern enterprises develop that they are united. And it is very important in thesis and practice that the customer's credit evaluation system is built.After analysis the present condition of MC and evaluating credit of our country, developing the MC system of evaluating customer's credit in manufacture enterprises is discuss with software engineering thought, database technique, Java technology, half-construction evaluating technology and fuzzy evaluating. The achievements of this paper in thesis and practice as follows:1. The current condition of MC and evaluating credit and the application of them in manufacture enterprises are expressed. And the important meaning that they are combined together is discussed. Then the system frame of developing the credit evaluation software system in network which is based on B/S (Browser/Sever) construction.2. The base thesis of credit evaluation in MC is analyzed. And according to the aim and requirement of the system, the design of general scheme of the system is discussed, and the structure and function model are illustrated with diagrams and words, the evaluating model with fuzzy evaluating of the system is put forward.3. The application of B/S structure of Java in the system is analyzed, and the technique of connection to database with JNDI (Java Naming and Directory Interface) is expressed. Andcomplete module technique and the technique of facing to object comes true with JavaBean to build the system.4. The practice software and hardware technology of system security in network is discussed. And it is applied in the MC system of evaluating customer's credit in manufacture enterprises.5. The practice effect is illustrated with instances in the paper. And the further research work is discussed. It is expressed by application that the credit guarantee is given by the MC system of evaluating customer's credit in manufacture enterprises, and the ability of avoiding credit risk is strengthened for manufacture enterprises.
