Remote Computing Platform For Chemometrics

The rapid development in chemometrics and its established repute have brought up a critical need for chemometrics service. we bring up our computation system devoted for chemometrics computing, named remote computing platform for chemometrics (RCPC), to meet the actual needs.As the name means, RCPC provides some kinds of chemometrics computation or data analysis online.The work I have done in this system design is comprised of four main parts: 1) Control Server manage system,which is used to manages all the tasks and computing servers.2) Computing Server manage system, which is used to executes computing tasks. 3)CCMD protocol,which is the message delivery protocol between computing server and control server .4) DataBase.which is used by computing server manage and control server manage system.In this paper.a current trend in chemometrics software development and the whole system architecture is briefly introduced at first. Then, by using the UML,the models of the control manage and computing manage systrm have been established. Following, The server layers for application have been analyzed and designed,and the main and main components of the system is explained in detail. And then ,I introduce the design of database and CCMD procotol .In the last section, I make a conclusion of the work that has done in this paper, bring forward some insufficiency in the researchand envision of the research in the future.
