With the development of modern technology and various commercial computer components, cluster has become a technology which researches the high-speed parallel computing technique and develops high performance computer just as the supreme arrogance of a person with great power in recent years. The cluster technology also starts to make some impact on the central status of advanced UNIX server in pivotal operation about numeration.The TT&C(Tracking Telemetering and Command) system used in X X X has indispensable effect in aerial weapon examination and performance appraisal course. This paper analyses and researches its structure and principle, meanwhile, points out the shortage of its traditional architecture, brings the parallel computing technique into its control loop, realizes the functions as data collection with multi-channel sensors,data processing, record replay and so on, at last, constructs a new TT&C system based on cluster technology. It will not only boost up the system security and the service retractility, but also have anti-destroy character to improve the viability of TT&C system efficiently in war field.Based on LVS(Linux Virtual Server) cluster, this system adopts four-layer structure after adjusting architecture and reforming functions. A fine load scheduler method based on UDP protocol and handling tasks was designed and adopted in order to eliminate the bottle-neck of load scheduler in application layer and ensures high performance and function expanding character of TT&C system with cluster technology. This method realizes high usability and strong real-time demand of resource recomposition by using lightweight task-migration mechanism based on SSI(Single System Image) technology. This system also gives attention to sensors through network or serial communication mechanism so that resolves the connect problem of measure data with high density. In addition, it also have two work modes, one is actual combat and another is closed-loop test. So it can deal with actual test with sensors,simulation afterwards replay> closed-loop test data separately or at one time, and then fulfill the special function needs of TT&C system in X X X.
