It is not convenient to observe the result of common Ultrasound B-mode Scanner because it shows a planar section. If Ultrasound B-mode Scanner can build 3D (three-dimensional) image of the object, we can observe it more intuitionisticly. In the research of 3D-rebuilding of many planar planes, image datas come from many planar sections, the image situation pick-up of every planar image,namely dynamic pose information pick-up of the detector of Ultrasound B-mode Scanner is a key technology.We want to design a assistant equipment making use of Image Scanning and Digital Signal Processing,which can test 3D dynamic information pick-up of the detector of Ultrasound B-mode Scanner so as to provide necessary datas for right 3D-image rebuilding. The task includes the design of dynamic information testing system of the detector in 3D Image Ultrasound B-mode Diagnose System (ab. is 3D Ultrasound B-mode System ),the research of 3D dynamic information pick-up of the detector and it`s system design with DSP + CPLD. The article analyses dynamic pose information testing system of the detector in 3D Ultrasound B-mode System through the research of common Ultrosound B-mode Scanner, designs a project and explains the feasibility. The project is simpler and cheaper than the binocular stereo vision project that includes one CMOS camera. DSP picks up 3D dynamic information of the detector and provides the parameters of 3D image-rebuilding to the computer that enhances the real-time quality. The article detailedly explains the hardware and software design of 3D dynamic information pick-up of the detector of Ultrasound B-mode Scanner. OV7640 (CMOS image sensor) and MXD2125 (Obliquity sensor) detect 3D dynamic information of the detector. TMS320VC5416 (DSP) collects the output-datas of sensors, picks up 3D dynamic information of the detector, communicates with PC by serial port and so on. EPM7128 (CPLD) controls the status of OV7640 expediently. 3D coordinates pick-up of the detector centroid by the technique of video-pulse catch and count is the innovation of the task.
