The thickness accuracy of a steel is important factor that affects the product quantity to allow of no to neglect.The thesis analyze now steel thickness control shortage within system, make use of to control the theories to resolve from the orientation hot connect a steel of thickness is super bad the problem carried on the research.Put forward the new project and calculate ways to lower a steel thickness error margin with the period, raise a rate with qualified steel.First, by means of theoretical analysis and computer simulation, the relationship between the Automation Gauge Control(AGC)system and Adaptive Control(AC) are summerized comprehensively and systamatically. Setting up the hot mill data by using the energy mathematics model.Second, making use of the absolute value compensation method to cope with the head of the mill's gauge deviation which is drawn from the setting up rolling force not accurately. Combined the absolute value compensation method with Adaptive Control to amend the mill data that had been setting up.Finally, this paper cooperated using dynamic setting up data with loading Automatic Position Control process to cope with the strip gauge deviation which has slipped out of the F1 mill.By simulation results proved, this method is very effective in coping with some outside disturbance such as temperature error, material gauge error and width error. Though the simulation results can see This method that based on the absolute value compensation is more effective in dealing with the gauge deviation than Other gauge control method.
