Study Of Online Automatic Balance System Based On Embedded Linux

Unbalance is a common fault of rotor. The automatic balance technology can balance the rotors online without trying weight, so it has a wide application prospect. For the purpose of research and development of automatic balance system based on embedded Linux, the dissertation deals with the measuring method of the unbalance signal, the design of automatic balance equipment and strategy of automatic balance. The main content is as fallows:(1) The state-of-the-art and tendency of the automatic balance technology are reviewed, the principal difficulties and key technologies are analyzed in secession, and then the significance of this paper is discussed.(2) The dynamics principle and basic theory of dynamic balance and automatic balance are both studied in detail.(3) A new type of electromagnetic balance adjustor is designed after analyzing the existing electromagnetic balance adjustors.
