Through this paper, the low-voltage power line network and channel characteristics are researched. The noise and attenuation characteristics of power line channel are measured and analyzed. The power line channel noise is simulated by MATLAB and the attenuation is simulated through the channel transmission module of FIR filter. The OFDM system principles are introduced. The power line high-rate data communication system solution which is base on the OFDM is introduced through the selection of system parameters. A OFDM system based on the measured channel characteristics is proposed and simulated by MATLAB . The influence of power line channel noises on the bit error ratio (BER) performance of the OFDM system is analyzed by simulation. |
