Because of this, this text has proposed the embedded system studies based on Linux. At first, introduced the embedded system and system structure, on the basis of characteristic of the detailed analyticl system , combine the advantage of Linux oneself, proposed the project of embedded system kernel reducing based on Linux and melts in real time. Then in customizing the systematic foundation of file . In this paper, the method is to customize system directly from MontaVistaLinux . Finally, did a pilot study on serial communication under embedded Linux environments.
