Internet was developed rapidly and popularized unprecedentedly in the whole world since the middle period of 1990s after commercialized operation. The growth of Internet is influencing each aspect of the human society, the field of dissemination of news is one. The development of the function of dissemination of news of the network makes the network news industry emerge rapidly. No doubt, as with newspapers and periodicals , broadcast , TV media, the media of the network has already become the important media shape of today. In such a traditional media and whom new media coexist being new-type to propagate under the ecological background, The benign development of the media of the network is depended on audiences' use , cognition and appraised , This involves public trust question of the media of the network. From the development of long-term, public trust is the source not exhausted where the news media keeps lasting competition vigor . The development of practice and question of proposition need the response of the theory, Because this field studies in time it is still short, there are few research results. Say on certain aspect, theory value and practice meaning in which this prominent this thesis studies.According to the research current situation of credibility of Internet as media, This thesis tries hard to merge journalism , communication and theory and method of relevant disciplines and make the system to investigate and examine to the credibility of the media of the network closely, Analyse that restricts the internal and external factor of media's credibility of the network, Try to propose some suggestions to the construction of credibility of Internet as media.
