| Automatic control based-on PC, which has low cost, good opening and is easy to use, is becoming a new direction of automatic technology. The issue of IEC 61131-3 standard not only standardizes program language in the field of industrial control but also affords an opportunity for the development of Soft PLC technology. It is practical and significant for the reduction of cost and the enhancement of system openings to study Soft PLC control system based-on PC.Firstly, this thesis introduces the development status of control system based-on PC and the principle of Soft PLC, then studys the software model and realization scheme of Soft PLC based-on IEC 61131-3. Secondly, a detailed realization scheme and the principle of Soft PLC are narrated, and then the principle and realization scheme of running system based-on industrial PC are given in detail. Accordingly, automatic control system based-on industrial PC is constructed.Finally, control syetem based-on industrial PC is used to control elevator model, lamps, three-tank level equipment and electric stove. The result shows that this system is reliable and effect is quite well.
