By the look of opening at present, the most successful structure should be PC + motion controller. It has high integrated level, high dependability, target-oriented opening structure, support network technology, etc. It is getting new with USB technology recently. It shows his advantage at the convenience on data transmission. So this research was clicked in order to enter the foot from it, drew support from the communication of technology PC of USB and sport controller. Thus liberate PC bus, will move and control the platform to make into an outer open platform.The paper has done certain analysis and research in the software that the motion controlled is supported, in order to establish in a real meaning control platform openly, we cannot but consider its software support, and develop the system platform through C ++ of Borland and VB and VC++ mostly at present, limit the motion controlling platform, in the face of the more resource of network at present it is undoubtedly a thing making people sorry. In stepping the platform, supporting the network technology, Java may be the eldest of the industry, the author studied the application of Java technology, analyzed its realization in the motion controlling platform, and structured a software embryonic form supporting the motion controlling platform.
