With the progress of the society and the science, the number of middle-aged persons and the elderly has become larger than before and the expectation age of human has become higher level. Aged population has become the portion of all people that is increasing more fastly than the others. This change indicates that skin diseases correlating with age will become more and more in the future. The caducity diagnosis for human skin is very important because human skin is the outer tissue and the largest organ of human body. The skin wrinkle measurement system is the portion of the diagnosis system for human skin caducity studied by the control and decision graduate school of WuHan University of Technology. The theory of the diagnosis system for human skin caducity is that the expert system scientifically diagnoses the degree of skin caducity according to the magnitude of the flags of skin aging measured by measurement devices. The parameter for human skin wrinkle is one of the flags of skin aging. The function of the skin wrinkle measurement system is measuring the magnitude of the parameter of human skin wrinkle. This paper narrates the theory of measuring human skin wrinkle and how to measure the parameter.The writer has studied the definition of the parameter for human skin wrinkle and the technique of measuring the parameter in the world, utilizes the technique of image sensor, the technique of USB and the software technique to design the human skin wrinkle measurement system. The system is composed of lamp-house, light intensity measurement circuit and the data disposal system software running in the Windows operation system. The paper details the light intensity measurement circuit and the data disposal system software.The second chapter narrates the definition of skin wrinkle parameter, the theory of skin wrinkle measurement, Lamber Law used in skin wrinkle measurement and the theory of the whole design for the skin wrinkle measurement sysytem. The third chapter details the structure and theoy of light intensity measurement circuit, introduces the theory of MCM20027 and CY7C68013, narrates the theory of the USB specification, how to transimit data through USB by CY7C68013, the theory of I2C and how to control MCM20027 through I2C. The fourth chapter mainly narrates the design of the device driver and the human interface procedure, introduces the structure of WDM, the design of the user help and the system software installshield. The last chapter analyses thepeculiarity of the skin wrinkle measurement system and forecasts the development of the technique of skin wrinkle measurement in the future.
