After SARS, the government enhances manage to the place where is used as the biosafety laboratory. And made a series of the measures to make the project and management with a standardization. The government is increasing financing to improve the laggard state of the laboratory. So many high-level P3 laboratories are being built. This task root in the times demand. At that time, it's the first intelligentized P3 lab that it has the functions of monitor, management and control. But at home, we couldn't find the systemic paper which it introduce how to design the biosafety laboratory. Specially the datum about how to control the negative pressure of the lab is much lack.The study sets about researching the basal technically demands and difficulties of the P3 lab. Analyzes the system and searches the reasonable blue print by the actual project. So our design comprises the technics design, the control-system design and the operating process design. At the technics design, in order to reduce the effect of the rooms each other, we place the pipelines by the same distance. The system adopts transducer and variable air volume valve, they work together to the system, and structures the VAV system. The system builds a control flat for the users. It makes use of the software of MCGS to manage and control those equipments, and memorize the running data. To insure the system stability, the system introduces into the fault detection and diagnosis (FDD) and the fault tolerance technologies, and handle the fault tree to detect the faults. The technologies improve on the system safety.This dissertation is a sum-up of this kind of controlling system. It is a good reference at the P3 system design and the control of negative pressure. Certainly we firstly use the technology of monitor, management and control at the biosafety laboratory environment control. Maybe the design has some deficient viewpoint. So I hope that I could hear some comment, and give me more valuable opinions. And we could accumulate important experiences for last work.
