The Analysis And Study Of The Deep Web Resources And Those Resources' Acquiring Strategy

The deep web is a new subject for research of information retrieval field. This article, on the basis of research results in foreign countries, through analyzing various kinds of deep web research results abroad carefully, has defined the resource range of deep web again. Investigating the deep web further and analyzing it's forming reason, the author has done more careful argumentation to each kind of origin cause of formation. According to the forming reason of various kinds of deep web, has sorted resources of the deep web in order and carried on a more overall exposition to the deep web. On the foundation of explaining of above-mentioned theories, we have put forward the concrete solution. In the paper, the author has proposed the resource acquisition tactics solution of the deep web from two levels: microcosmic and macroscopic. In microcosmic , through combing the deep web and it's forming reason, presents technological current situation of the development from the participants of the information retrieval course separately: Information provider , information server and information retrieval person, has put forward the overall micro solution of resource acquisition of deep web; Macroscopical respected, this text thinks the information resources of the network are the human intelligence crystallization, the same as traditional information resources, they need to be omni-directional organized and protected, the government's participation is essential. The article has proposed setting up world , country , regional tertiary network resource's security system, The government department should set up and manage the organization of the security systems separately at all levels , is responsible for developing , organizing the information resources of the network. Each performs its own functions in the tertiary organization, In charge of the area of one's own well, has reduced the pressure of network resource management relatively. In this way, the huge network can be brought into the government's macro-control, solves the current situation of resources of the network out of control effectively.
