In the wake of improvement of hardware technique of 3D dataset capturing such as laser-ranging-scanning technique and so on, people may obtain surperficial dataset of object with more and more taller precision and density to depend on .Utilizing the dataset on the ground to establish the real object's numeral model, also is the reverse engineering ,becomes the past few years one kind of development tendency of international figure educational circles. Surface reconstruction also obtains wide-ranging inquiry and research as one significant research task of the kind of model building means, and becomes one of the research heatpoint in the intemation.Measurement thickness raising ,although is favor of portraying of pattern particulars ,yet also brings hardship for manipulating in the next step.Directly being aimed at the large scale point cloud to reconstruct the surface ,it is not actual as far as the computation speed at the moment. Before reconstructing surface to carry on the proper compression of dataset is indispensable.Being aimed at the data compression of extensive data point cloud ,there are some algorithms at the moment ,In case the person who proposes a sampling algorithm in the literature [25 ] ,which in the light of part feature yardstick,the sampling spot is not evenly compressed,Grid sampling algorithm that is aimed at generating Nurbs camber, is proposed in the literature [ 26 ] [ 27 ] .The work of the original is living to sum up the past few years tens kinds of surface reconstruction algorithm that each have its characteristic part on the base,proposing one kind of fresh data evenly compression algorithm moreover on the basis of compression dataset feature reconstruct grid camber .The substance of the original is fixed up like this:Chapter One:The background of Computer Aided Geometric Design;Chapter Two:The algorithm basis of triangulation in Computer Geometry;Chapter Three:The classic algorithms both international and civil on surface reconstructionfrom large scale scatterred points is surmarrized;Chapter FourPropose a new algorithm on surface reconstruction from 3D scattered points.
