Research On Security In Mobile Commerce

With the rapid development of mobile communications technology and Internet, the environment of using wireless communication technique to do M-commerce business has become increasingly mature. But safety for M-commerce business is a great concern. Based on safety framework of WAP, this paper discusses safety for M-commerce business, with an emphasis on a systematic study of the framework of WAP agreement, tiers of agreement and the safety of WAP. Thus, a safe M-commerce platform is setup with combination of WTLS, WIM, WMLScript and WPKI agreement. The paper also presents the ways of realizing the safety framework: password algorithm of data encrypts, establishing mobile terminal through WTLS, CA and WIM, basic safety facilities based on WPKI, the establishment of safety relations between Web server and WAP net gate; how to avoid the safety guarantee for safe terminal to terminal business in the current network environment . According to the characteristics of mobile equipment, choosing password algorithm AES and ECC to encrypt data , the safety environment for simulated mobile M-commerce is established. Finally, the paper presents some problems and solutions to overcome them.
