Research And Implementation On Data Warehouse Technique System

When the year comes into the information age, the database size become larger and largero These vast amount of dispersed data have different format and they may have much useful information to the decision-maker. The Data Warehouse Technology and Data Mining Technology are brought under this condition.This paper firstly introduces the conception and main characteristics of data warehouse, then gives its three-tier architecture based on data-layering conception. The data structure of the data warehouse is also discussed. In addition, the article deeply studies OLAP and Data Mining in detail. Then, the paper explicates the developing process of data warehouse system, including the selection of original data, data process and data emergence. In chapter3, the paper gives example for how to build a data warehouse system by means of SQL Server, and use the association rule on the multidimensional dataset which has been built to seek the multidimensional association rule.
