The guidance and control by the image of missile is a kind of advanced guidance way to adopt extensively. It gathers the signal of videos through the lens on the guided missile, compress and convey to the signal to the controller. By seeing the image ,the man controlled the guided missile accurately according to the picture ,thus went on to the blow of the enemy. It has reduction injuries and deaths of one's own side. And it contains such advantage as high accuracy, effectively, easy to control, cheaper of the cost.This text studies a kind of guidance and control by the image of missile.The groundwork concentrates on two parts: First , proposed adopting H.264 standard to compress the signal of the video , analysed about H.264 standard in the article, and provide design plan of DSP which conpress the video signal based on H.264 , another part is the modulation after compressing. Because of the existing guided missile adopted QPSK modulation , so putting forward a kind of new QPSK-GQPSK, the frequency spectrum of this kind of modulation should be better than ordinary QPSK to modulate the way.
