As the popularization of Internet, electric commerce will be the main business pattern for hotel management. In nowadays, Internet tour becomes the more important tour mode. Developing electric commerce will make sure that hotels could expand reservation business effectively. Many hotels apply themselves in electric commerce. However, since the high cost and long redound period, a great number of hotels can't afford their electric commerce plans. How to perform electric commerce business to suit their own situations is the main problem that Hotels should solve. This article introduces a feasible solution for hotel electric commerce.This article constitutes a B2B2C electric commerce pattern for the web hotel agent by using the workflow technology based on web services. In this pattern, B2B means web hotel agent gathers all kinds of hotel information and help hotel to expand its reservation business. B2C means the Internet customers survey the information from web hotel agent to reserve guest room. The web services used in this article are application programs. Since they are web components, they could be integrated in application program with web services interfaces. The article describes the workflow of hotel reservation by using workflow technology based on web services. Defines and deploys the workflow of hotel reservation system by BPEL4WS. It also instructs the model of web hotel reservation agent in .NET framework.This article discusses and studies the model of reservation business in web hotel agent. This model could easily implement the system integrations of web customers and web hotel agent, as well as web hotel agent and hotel corporations. It also could reduce the development and maintenance cost.
