A Study And Implementation Of Mobile Communication Self-assist Service System

In order to cooperate with the management tactics of China Mobile, Hubei Mobile communication Company proposes the Mobile Self-assist Service system pattern. Base on analyzing the key technology of self-assist service system, and with researching and developing the Mobile Self-assist Service system, this thesis expands new thought and solution in e-commerce application, which is meaningful to develop self-assist service system.Firstly, demand analysis is proposed from the application demand and condition of system, then the key technology of self-assist service system is studied, the wireless communication and information security are analyzed emphatically. In the first part of this thesis, the operation principle and advantage of GPRS are described, communication mechanism of middleware too. Through enumerating transaction processing monitor and message oriented middleware, their operation principle and characteristic are introduced. In the second part of this thesis, the SSL protocol, data encrypts, firewall and gateway are described.Secondly, the design principle is made sure base on demand, and through it, the overall frame and network model of the Mobile Self-assist Service system are designed. The overall frame is built with C/S model, including terminal, server, background of Mobile BOSS and China Unionpay. In the network model part of this thesis, GPRS is adopted to connect the network of Mobile BOSS and China Unionpay by the way of online forever.Then, the hardware module, software module, business treatment module and management module are designed in detail. In the first part of this thesis, the selection for computer of terminal and server are described, touch-sensitive screen, other equipment. In the second part, configuration of middleware, confirmation of Socket communication protocol, planning business procedure, designation of database, and so on, are described. In the third part, the communication protocols between terminal and server, between terminal and China Unionpay, and the way to operate terminal device are described. In last part, the server controlled remotely, local management, software version upgrade are described.Finally, the realization of Mobile Self-assist Service system is explained, and operation situation of system is introduced. With the constant expansion of e-commerce, the Self-assist Terminal not only becomes the intelligent terminal in mobile business but also will be regarded as terminal in other business.
