Development Of TV Tracking System And Research Of Correlation Algorithm

The main contents of this paper are intelligent TV tracking system and real-time productcorrelation algorithm. The TV tracking system is composed of TV camera, electronic tracker,servo system and TV monitor, using TV camera as imaging sensor and electronic tracker toproduce error. The system has an architecture of concentrated control and modularizing processing.It includes a central processing board and several image processing boards. The central processingboard consists of system timing signal module, A/D and D/A module, sequential images memorymodule, video module and CPU. The image processing board has three parts of image memory,dual port memory and DSP. The central processing board deals with information processing, dataexchanging and processing. The image processing board takes charge of performing algorithms. This paper also researches deeply in product correlation algorithm in three aspects oftracking stability, real time tracking and treatment of object missing.
