With the quick development of computer and information technology, management system of vehicle electronic record based on LAN is widely adopted in many units and corporations. But the most system cannot provide driving information out automatically for manager when motorcar comes back. The main task of the thesis is to develop intelligent vehicle management system, which can not only deal with the problem mentioned above, but also has functions of mobile management and motorcade control.The main work of this thesis is just as below:The first chapter introduces the background of study, and describe the current research status of intelligent vehicle management system. After comparing Bluetooth with RFID technology, why Bluetooth is used in realization of system is explained.Then after the Bluetooth standard is introduced, the inquiry frequency hopping algorithm and channel frequency hopping algorithm are analyzed. With computer-aided simulation performed, this charter finds out the relation between inquiry speed and inquiry scan window of slave, and that between system capacity and piconet number. Based on the simulation result, methods of increasing inquiry speed and system capacity are proposed.Chapter 3, 4 and 5 emphasize the realization of management system of vehicle. After the functions of this system are discussed details, a detailed project and flowchart of system is given. Then the function module and programming details of two key components are discussed, that is vehicle electronic record management system based on Web and monitoring software of motor pool. Besides, Finally, the thought and method of monitoring software development in Pocket PC are illustrated.The sixth chapter presents the design referenc of formation algorithm of mobile ad hoc network according to the scene of motorcade control.The contributions maintained above have been successfully used in products. Now the intelligent vehicle management system is in use in some units.
