Bluetooth is becoming more popular since it has many intriguing characteristics, such as low cost, low power, small size, Ad-Hoc support. It will be widely deployed in many different fields.This paper puts forward a method which could construct a home appliance control system with bluetooth, after researching of bluetooth technology and home network. As for data communication and topology construction, this paper discusses that bluetooth topology construction in the home appliance control system, applying bluetooth scheme to every part. Give an example of experiment system, introduce how to establish communication protocols, design of software and hardware. Now the problem for implementation is bluetooth chip can't support scatternet. Also, the Bluetooth development tools are very expensive and one of the requirements of home appliance control system is low cost. So these disadvantages become the dilemma for the implementation of home appliance control system. This paper solves four important problems in implementation of this system based on above discussion. Those problems are no follow: Register the appliance for the sake of solving the problem that appliances enter and exit home network. This paper inaugurates a register method based on HCI, it is better than SDP in Bluetooth Specification. Conflict between development project of every part and low-difficulty implement causes how to communicate between un-corresponding layers. Here improving a part of protocol in appliances firmware to solve this problem. Now in the market most of Bluetooth chips can not support scatternet well, it causes the problem of communication in scatternet. This paper inaugurates a method with bluetooth devices which only support piconet to solve this problem based on application layer. This method replaces the expensive chips which implement this function with hardware and firmware. Improve on scheduling algorithm to improving control performance. This control is from system to appliances.This paper analyzes the performance of intra piconet scheduling algorithm-RR algorithm in Bluetooth specification and points out the shortcomings of thisalgorithm. Then it classifies and analyzes the existing algorithms and points out the shortages of every kind of algorithm. This thesis puts forward PFE algorithm which based on traffic forecasting. This algorithm applies traffic forecasting to enhance shooting straight of polling from master to slave, and quits applying Poisson model but wavelet analysis which is fit for analysis to non-linear time list, it can achievehigher forecasting precision. This algorithm calculates result of traffic forecasting and QoS requirement to decide the PRI of slaves. This thesis also simulates a set of experiments NS network simulator and extension BlueHoc, compares the performance with other algorithms. At last analysis of performance proves that PFE algorithm's performance is better than others in throughput and end-to-end delay.
