Composite Mobile Telecommunication system(CMT) developed independently by NDSC is a national "863" project that bases on "Developing and Integrating of CDMA2000 Test System" . CMT is a kind of all-IP digital cellular land mobile telecommunication system which is based on CDMA2000 interface.Relied on CS sub-system and PPC service, we raise the design requirements and shemes of SSP's function and interface protocols. All of the design are based on all-IP software structure.In this thesis, the network architecture of the CMT system is discussed and a distributed CS architecture is proposed. Then we introduce Intelligent Network of CMT system. In the same time we review briefly the development process of WIN and its protocols. And we provide the concept, function, status and protocol of Service Switching Point(SSP) in WIN in special.The realization of the service trigger in SSP is to add the service triggers and theirs information to userinfo and set the point of control and transfer in the course of calling. Then SSP can contact with SCP. So the next step of calling process is decided by SCP.The primary functions of SSP are Call Control Function(CCF), Service Switching Function(SSF) and Special Resource Function(SRF). They are designed respectively. CCF/SSF is embodied in the User-Module and Mobile-Module of CS. The trigger mechanism is introduced into the normal calling process. The calling flow is also need to modified. By the need of PPC Service we define the new MAP message and new parameter. The function of SRF is separated into CMG and WAS because of the particularity of CMT system.Finally we summarize the work before and prospect the nice foreground of Wireless Intelligent Network.
