The Federated Information Model is the key elements of The E-Gov Interoperability Framework. There are a lot of new technologies for data modeling, such as Component Based Development, Design Pattern, middleware, Declarative Specification, abstraction, EAI, Design by Contract. The technology has developing the Service_based architecture. The IT project has taken the applications to higher level, thought embracing the last IT technologies,The traditional modeling method has not integrated these technologies. So there are some problem in application, such as high cost of development and management, poor productivity, also poor Interoperability. MDA defined the relationships among these standards (MOF UML CWM) and other technologies. It addressed the complete life cycle covering analysis and programming for supporting the Interoperability.MDA standardized ComponentBased Architecture models to facilitate technology solutions and the development of a complete architecture (baseline, target, and transition) for the Businessdriven E-Gov initiatives. This article focus on the research of the framework of E-Gov Interoperability System and the key elements of MDA , the MDA application in E-Gov Federated Information Model. We use Model Driven Modeling method in the project of "AnHui Prison OA System"...
