The Research And Application Of The Web Information System Based On J2EE

The development of manufacturing is very important for the national economy development, it is the only way for the enterprise to get ahead with its using advanced computer technology, communication technology, and information technology to reform and improve the traditional industry. The Enterprise Resource Plan (Abbr. for ERP) System is an integrated information system of centrally managering all departmesnts of enterprise. The ERP roots in the Manufacturing Resource Plan System (Abbr. for MRP); it is not any longer spechial software for a spechial enterprise or some application requirements. This paper is writed for a real project of the Guangzhou Qihong Computer and Technology Co., LTD. After the researching of the manufacturing realizing informationized management, this paper tells the current status of the information construction of our national enterprises, and tells that is very important for the enterprise to realizing ERP management. The paper also tells that the information system must be provided with all essential functions, and analyzes the new technologies that will be use in the information system. Not like the tradditional realization way for ERP in our country, we no longer adopted the only C/S structure, only WINDOWS platform and tradditional developing ways. The information system adopted the advanced technologies, which meets with customers needs, at the same time, it make the system function more powerful. The application system is based on J2EE platform, which make the system run well, keep secret and so on.After the researching of the manufacturing enterprise realizing informationization management and it's realization measures, there are some main achievements, as follows:(1) Construct a large information managing system of account, market management, manufacturing, service of controlling quality, engneering technology and supervising the competitor. The system integrates the requirements, the manufacturing acts and the manufacturing resouces together, organically combines the enterprise resource plan, the supply chain management and customer relation management. The system optimizes the internal management and makes it more perfect, so it improves the response velocity in the market competition.(2) The system is based on the J2EE platform, so it maintains the original services of the products on the J2EE platform, which ensures that the program runs everywhere when it has been coded, which makes the running envirement of the application system not be affected by the operation system.(3) The system unites the C/S and B/S structures. The application system's service is the JBOSS. All the application program packages, jar, war and sar packages are put under the 'deploy' directory, so the client programs don't be installed, it simply be downloaded to the client computer, which makes the system more security and more safety. After configuring some config documents of the JBOSS, the client can access the service on the web, which makes the system more flexible, using simpler, interface more friendy and cost lower.(4) The system prference can be set by your own and the operation flows are be visual. The workflows are displayed in the system, which makes the users operate the business according to the flow. That makes operation more convenient, which makes the mistakes fewer, at the same time whick makes user defining the workflow by their own feasibility.(5) The system adopts the module developing mode. The developing report module is on that developing mode, and which makes report setting more flexible on the B/S structure.
