Constructing The New Generation Real Estate Ownership Management System Of Guangzhou

Guangzhou Real Estate Exchange & Registration Office manages a large number of data with many clients. The current Real Estate Ownership Management System (REOM System) has the general C/S structure, the system applications access directly the databases in the lowest layer, the burden of the servers is heavy. What' s more, the system was developed according to the course of the vocational work many years ago, and is unfit for the current course, moreover, it' s technology remains at an undeveloped stage, some errors which no one can explain often appear. Guangzhou Land & House Office happens to develop a uniform system platform of vocational work, the author participate in it to develop the new REOM System. The author constructs the basic functional model of the new REOM System, which based on the system research on the house registration, and designs a project based on the REOM System Framework Platform with XML technology and B/S 3-layer structure.At first, the article introduces the basic condition of the information systems in current Exchange & Registration Office; discusses the basic theory about constructing the REOM System Framework Platform, including XML technology, ADO.NET data-collected technology and it's relationship with XML, SQL Server 2005 etc. indicates XML technology can really solve the faults in the current information system. Then, the author totally constructs the basic functional model of the new REOM System according to the actual vocational work in Exchange & Registration Office. Because the new and old REOM System will be used together for a rather long time after finishing developing the new REOM System, the auther analyzes the problems on reconstructing the current REOM System according to the model.
