Since the quantity of oil well is numerous and its distribution scope is broad, it's been a puzzle for a long term to carry out safety for wells efficiently and guard against thieves stealing crude oil and outdoor equipment. Now, developed with single-chipped computer controlling technology and detection technology etc., these alarm systems have applied extensively in the scenes of oil well, whose communication way is wireless broadcasting station or telephone line and so on. Its built-in defect has restricted systematic performance greatly. On the other hand, our country has established a powerful GSM wireless digital net of mobile communication which is covering more and more areas and providing increasing services. And GSM data service and SMS have attracted more and more people because of their numerous advantages.Therefore this paper develops a kind of new wireless alarm system guard against theft on the basis of some modern information technology, such as modern detection technology, single-chipped computer controlling, GSM wireless communication and so on. The construction of system network takes advantage of GSM public net resource fully and is easy to cover the whole oil field, which has characteristics of promptitude and good adaptability etc. This system is composed of two network components: one is well monitoring terminal which adopts parallel work with double single-chipped computer and its software is realized by C51 language; The other is master monitoring station compiled with Visual Basic language,whose powerful function includes receiving data, stocks, long-range control and so on. The two components are linked by TC35T communication modular. With GSM data service and SMS, the system realizes remote control to terminal.This paper retrenches OSI model and designs communication protocols of each layer, and realizes system functions on the basis of facture of hardware circuit and debugging software program. At the same time, coding technology is studied. Convolutional code is introduced into the transmission of AT instruction and raises the reliability of system greatly. This research not only meets oil field's urgent needs and promotes the development of terminal telemetry system,but also puts forward a kind of design thought: With the third ready-made network and combining various modern information technology, an industrial control system of long-range wireless telecommunication can be realized. It offers valuable experience for other unmanned watched system and has wide developing prospect. |
