In the face of intensely marketable competition, how to shorten the design-cycle of manufacture and improved the design-quality of manufacture have become the urgent affairs of an enterprise. This article tests the Fast-Design is the useful method through an example of radar's antenna system stabilized piston.Based on the introduction of Fast-Design, use the software of FEA (Finite Element Analysis) . FEA basic concept is that before you want to solve a very complicated problem, you can replace it by many easier problems. It is a method of shortens the periods of research and enhancing efficiency of production. Best of all, it can reduce the cost of production. Now, this kind of method have already got in the optimize design and research of product increasingly extensive application. Especially on some occasions the experiences cannot be done many times. Even one time is not OK. We must use this method to reach the goal of experiences. This article has a discussion on when the stable platform is been fixed on one moving object. Using FEA software to calculate the stable platform's transfiguration and stress if the stable platform can fit the steady need of the radar or not. When the first result had been given out. We can find where the maximum strain lies is. We fine those griddings and calculate them. And the final results show that this model's angular rigidity is under the needs of the radar.
