The dynamic loads identification is one of important techniques in engineering application, which has been developed quickly in recent years, and has been developed a lot of feasible identifying methods. In the paper, some primary researches on random loads acting on linear structural system were done within frequency domain and extensive orthogonal region. At first, identification for single-point random loads was made acting on continuous changing cross-section structure, and then identifying model was induced for multi-points and distributed random loads acting on system. The identification of distributed random loads was simplified to solving of series determinate distributed force's orthogonal coefficients, so a feasible method for identification of distributed random loads was provided when systemic measuring messages was less. Only demand sufficient response messages of measuring-points, the orthogonal coefficient can be calculated out and series determinate distributed force can be identified, and then the spatial-time locating condition of the distributed random loads can be simulated. And more, there are no special requirements to the location of measuring-points, when the measuring-data was interfered by the noise, using the method can also make effective identification to random loads, so its adequate anti-interfere ability was proved. At last, according to some computer simulations and experiments, it was proved that the identifying method was correct in theory and was effective and feasible in engineering practice.
