Reliability Enhancement Testing(RET) technology has been developed in western developed countries since 1990's,and has been successfully applied in the aspects of aeronautics, astronautics,national defense and etc.Besides its advanced concept,RET greatly depends on the extreme stresses environment to explode product lack,and Random vibration excitation with super-gaussian probability distribution and alterable power spectral density is the most important environmental stress.This paper mainly studies the exploitation of a super-gaussian random vibration control system based on the TMS320C6713 DSP.The main contents are as follows:1.The methods of generating random vibration excitation with super-gaussian probability distribution and alterable power spectral density is analyzed,which include the method to generate super-gaussian and quasi-random vibration exciting signals and the method to generate super-gaussian and true-random vibration exciting signals.2.The holistic design scheme of super-gaussian random vibration control system is discussed in this thesis,and the key modules of the ICETEK TMS320C6713-S60 development platform are introduced.Then the scheme for designing software system is put forward.3.DSP software developing tool and flow are introduced.The software design of the PC monitor program based on serial communication and the key DSP programs which include A/D, D/A,FFT,PSD estimate and equalization,kurtosis equalization programs are discussed.4.Experiments on the super-gaussian random vibration control system have been done to prove that the algorithm programs are correct.In conclusion,this paper has designed a super-gaussian random vibration control system based on the TMS320C6713-S60 development platform and laid the foundation for the improvement of the system.
