With the development of electronic technique of banks, traditional bill validity check method has been an obstacle because of its low efficiency and bad security. As a result, the electronic payment cryptograph system emerges, and it has been used widely in banks. In the system, the electronic payment validity check card takes charge of the check operation, and it is the critical part of the system. Its performance will have great effect on the system. This project is just to design and implement a high speed and secure electronic payment validity check card. The target card called SZM19-A, is a kind of high-speed validity check card based on DSP and many concurrent validity check chips. Its high speed and secure performance can not only meet with the design requirement, but also improve the speed of the validating system to a certain extent. The validating kernel of the card is sixteen pieces of national standard validity check chips, SSX10-A. They work under the control of the data processing kernel, a chip of ADSP-21065L. The card communicates with the PCI bus of the host through a PCI bridge chip, PCI 9054. In addition, AES algorithm is also implemented on the card to be adapted to the future improvement of the system. So it can check both the unencrypted data packages and the data packages encrypted with AES algorithm, and this is just the innovation of the paper. In the end, the paper gives a summarization of the project, and also puts forward an improved proposal.
