The Research And Implementation Of MVPN Based On Mobile Intelligent Network

The fast growth of the Integrated Computer network and Telecom network has directly caused the fast growth of the Intelligent Network. The direction of the telecom system has been changing from expanding its capacity to enriching its supplementary services. Based on its own advantages, the IN (Intelligent Network) is being developed very rapidly.The consumers, who benefited from VPN ,hoped that the VPN service was provided in the mobile field by Telecommunication company.MVPN offers a logic private network for companies and departments,which utilizes IN technology and makes use of current resource of mobile network.Lots money paid for mini-switch will be saved if a company has applied the MVPN service.The power of the MVPN service based on CAMEL2 instead of OVERLAY can enormously be enhanced.The service have many kinds of functions,for example:Consumers can dial short number in the private network;and the call in the private network can get lower fee rate;if a company has applied the MVPN service,the out call of the employee who work in the company can be controlled,and the call fee of company can be managed;etc.The results of study and main contents in the paper are given as follows:1, The research about hard-core technology of SCP in the mobile IN.main contents including:research about modules in the SCP and the communication among the modules,and I provide the constituent parts of MVPN'SCP.2, The whole MVPN solution. including the constitutes of network, the calling flow of signal designing and the software realization of call flow.The structure of the paper is given as follows:Background of Mobile Intelligent network ,the actual status of domestic or overseas and the application foreground of MVPN are mainly introduced in thechapter 1.I introduced the principle and history of IN and the direction of IN's development in the future in the chapter 2.In the chapter 3,I thoroughly analyzed two mainly parts of IN:SCP and SS7.I also analyzed the principle of SS7 and constitute of SCP.I discussed the principle of distributed database,and whose application in the telecom network in the chapter 4.In the chapter 5,I particularly introduced the solution of MVPN,especially my effort includes the constitutes of network, the calling flow of signal designing and the software realization of call flow .At the end of this paper, the entire work is summarized, which points out that the IN technology, including the MVPN service,has a very broad future. Some suggestions were given out to further research and develop the Intelligent Network technology.
