Combustion flame is the most direct, fast sign of the combustion status of boiler. Through deal with the picture of the combustion flame, the basic status information of the combustion boiler can be obtained, such as size of flame and temperature field, then diagnose and optimize combustion of boiler, it is signification for the safety and economy of the boiler. The main purpose of the research is to reconstruct temperature field by theory of combustion, pattern recognition and digital image processing technique firstly, then design a set of boiler combustion inspection device, and it can monitor the combustion flame of coal burners or boiler. The device offers a large number of digital information about combustion status, and also offers a visual platform for further research...
