In modern society, communication has become an industry in which new technology is used widely and which is developing fastest with the most vigor. It is one of the three basic cadres in information society including energy, traffic and communication among which data traffic plays an extremely important role. Varieties of modern communication facilities are widely used in almost every aspect of life such as public utility monitoring, long-distance telecontrol 1, vehicle orientating and controlling. People are attempting to construct corresponding transmission network for data communication, for example, the motor controlling system based on data transmitter-receiver, the monitoring of electric power based on the short message of mobile telephone, the wireless POS system based on GPRS and long-distance remote sensing and telemetry. With the rapid development of the mobile communication technology and Internet, in wireless digital communication it has become a popularity that accomplishes the transmission of GPRS data at anywhere and anytime using public telecom network and Internet.Based on further study of modern communication technology and computer communication network, this paper designs a set of general communication network system including wire and wireless communication modes, covering seven communication subsystems: wireless calling, receiving and dispatching of short messages, GPRS communication, wireless data transmission, optical fiber communication, telephone sound communication and special line modem communication. In realization, they have been widely used and this paper probes into them in theory, application, practice etc and organically syncretizes them into one integrative communication network system. In order to reduce the transmission quantity and improve efficiency, it adopts compression techniques to the data for transmission and encryption techniques to assure security and at the same time pays more attention to extensibility so that the facility can be renewed and upgraded. This paper explores the syncretic techniques of multimode communication, especially the GPRS mode and simulates the issuance of civil aviation scheduled flight based on GPRS. The software can provide a reference for many enterprises to develop communication network.
