Research Of House Management Information System Based On Web

The problem discussed in this paper comes from house management department in Xi' an university of technology. The range of house management Business concerned with our university is wide, the number of information is too much, content is complicated, and data from management work need statisticsing and predicting with various types. At present, Managemnt work in our university is still not perfect. It is hard to be accurate and inerrant about Some basis data transformation and management. Many work still stay at the stage of manual operation,which hider the information publish and communication between departments and user,superrior and inferior within departments, which would be difficult to adapt to the need of development at network era. Thus, it is inconvenient for management work.Based on the sitation aboved, House management information followed by B/s model is developed in this subject. The system' s development environment is mainly visual studio .net, using component technology, RBAC technology and so on. The system performs main functions such as house news, notice, saling house, renting house, single house management , list sheet management, approving, background management, etc. After the system designing, we test and deply the system. The system wll be helpful to advance the level of scientific and formal, boosting up the use and management of house resource, promoting the establishment of management system efficiently, which can be of important significance to reinforce the strategy of leads at various level.
