Light emitting diode technology is widely used in the field of human lighting,but in LED optical component detection,because of the diversity of products and the standardization is at an early stage,result in the lack of detection methods in the process of manufacturing,the quality and consistency of optical components are difficult to control,and the consistency and traceability of testing data are difficult to guarantee.this paper “Research and development of optical component identity management system based on two dimensional code”,study the technology of generating unique identification of optical components based on two-dimensional code,develop the optical component identity management system,design user identity authentication,LED samples information management,detector privilege control and system privilege management in LED standard optical component detection based on RBAC model.In order to ensure the correctness,standardization and validity of the testing process,the identity and operation validity of the system users,and the security of the hardware and software of the monitoring system.The research work of this paper has been obtained by Guangdong science and technology project(Numbered 2016B010113001).The main research work of this paper includes:(1)Design the overall scheme of the optical component identity management system.According to the requirements of the optical component management system,the structure,work flow and system function modules division of the optical component management system are designed,and the overall framework of the optical component identity management system is determined.At last,the key technologies of LED optical component identity management system are analyzed.Leaf-Snowflake algorithm,based on jQuery two-dimensional code generation technology and RBAC access control system structure are put forward to LED light component management system,which provide the basis for the debugging and implementation of the follow-up system.(2)Research on the application of the unique identity identification number generation technology in the optical component identity management system.Combined with the Leaf scheme and the Snowflake scheme,proposed a Leaf-Snowflake scheme based unique identification number generation technology for large-scale optical components,and studies the two-dimensional code principle and generation technology,based on jQuery to generate sample numbers for each optical component.Through scan the two-dimensional code,the detector can get the sample's information and improve the efficiency of query and detection.(3)Research on the privilege of the optical component identity management system and the database management technology based on RBAC model,accomplished the design and implementation of the framework of the LED standard optical component detection privilege system and the role privilege based on RBAC technology,and designs the identity database of optical components,including the database of light components information,the database of the inspectors information,the design of the database of detection results.(4)Test the functions of each module of the optical component identity management system,including the optical components two-dimensional code generation,information query,the functions of adding staff,employee behavior controlling,employee rights management in the system privilege management technology.The paper studies the development of the optical component identity management system based on two-dimensional code,which has been applied in practice.The results show that the system achieves the expected function,which validates the feasibility,validity and correctness of the research content of this paper.
