At present, information publication on B/S framework adopt bitmap and Java Applet mostly. However , file size and content of bitmap is both fixed so bitmap is not suitable for dynamic transmission .Compare to bitmap , Java Applet is a proper solution ,but there is still much holdback on several aspects ,such as speed, easy-compile, reuse .So, real-time data publication have been obsessing by mass information, network congestion since a long time .We turn to SVG to improve the performance of real-time data publication by combining SVG and data publication technology. The traditional model realized dynamical real-time data publication and solved the flicker of web page refreshed. But there were still drawbacks in the current applications. By analyzing ,Some aspects were found include the size of a svg file, the method of access to real-time data ,dynamic graphics parse scheme based on DOM. In addition, how to translate data into graphics and integrate real-time information has not discussion until an advanced model is presented. The traditional real-time data publication models based on SVG and technologies have been analyzed ,then optimized solutions were presented. Data buffer and java multithread technologies improve system performance. The description model of graphic element based on SVG decreased the SVG file size and optimized the dynamic parse method on SVG. User view realizes real-time information integration. Finally, a optimized real-time data publication model based on SVG was presented. A Central-China Power Network Graphics System is used as an example of implementing the model that integrated and publish the important real-time data in legacy systems using JSP and XML DOM parse. The graphics system improve the department work-efficiency.
