P2P(Peer to Peer) technology which have been invented more than 20 years ago becomes the main interests in network research field. And in current research on P2P technology, file-sharing system is no doubt the most important application. After finishing the basic structure, the thesis put forward some optional routing optimizations and discussed their improvements on performance and paybacks. The thesis designed a brand new P2P file-sharing system on the basis of analysis of the traditional implementation models. And the system is designed to overcome the common problems in existing file-sharing systems, such as excess burden on server, violation of intellectual property and limit lifetime of the resources on the P2P network. The design is a three-layer structure system on the basis of traditional two-layer structure. The added dynamic layer is called node server that designs to decrease the main server's burden. The design also extended the traditional searching functions, so the user can find a resource from both searching and classified viewing. The thesis also discussed the how to integrate the file-sharing system to intellectual property protection system in order to protect intellectual property. The thesis designed an intelligent resource backup system on the basic file-sharing structure to extend the lifetime of the resource on the P2P network. Because the file-sharing system is sub system of the instant messenger system, so the thesis also mentioned the related issues. The thesis introduced remote education application on instant messenger system and put some more words on its two sub-models, which is closely connected to fire-sharing system. It is easier to see the advantage of P2P file-sharing system on real applications.
