Thanks to the rapid development of computer technology and electronic technology and the improvement of high-reliability theory, the computerized in railway transportation the HJ04A computerized interlocking-control system for railway signal (hereunder abbreviated as HJ04A system) is one of these typical systems that has been successfully applied at home and has a relatively large market share. The theme of this dissertation is to study how to realize the function of preparing heat on the basis of HJ04A system.The dissertation begins with the basic concepts of railway signal and the suavity of breakdown, followed by in-depth analysis of some basic methods for the system of computerized allowance control. With reference to the theory of reliability and its estimation about the reliability and security of the computerized interlocking-control system for railway signal, several key problems about the function of preparing heat on the basis of HJ04A system have been raised after analysis from different aspects. Furthermore, the dissertation provides a complete plan for the implementation of the system, including the design of the structure of the two machines in heat-preparation system, the design and realization of sharing-machine for key equipment in the system, moreover the synchronism of sharing-machine is solved, and the reliability of the system is tested by the reliability model. At present, under the direct of the author the program provided in the dissertation has been successfully carried out and applied in HeNan An'yang steel company and An'shan steel company, and the function has been functioning stably and reliably.
